Shipping & Return Policy

Order Lead Time

  • In-stock items: Ship within 5–9 business days after purchase.

  • Made-to-order / Out-of-stock items: Ship within 1–2 weeks unless otherwise specified.

  • Rush orders: If you need expedited processing, please contact us. We will do our best to prioritize your request.

  • Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.


Shipping

  • Signature required upon delivery.

  • Maison De l’Orée is not liable for lost shipments once tracking confirms delivery.

  • Maison De l’Orée is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Customer unavailability for signature

    • Weather conditions

    • Technical issues with the shipping carrier

  • If a package is returned to Maison De l’Orée after the 30-day grace period, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment costs.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom pieces:

    • Deposits for custom pieces are non-refundable.

    • Custom or personalized items (e.g., rings, custom sizing, initials, names) are final sale and cannot be refunded once ordered.

  • Purchases during sales:

    • Items purchased before a sale are not eligible for retroactive discounts.


Repairs

  • 30-day guarantee against defects from the date of purchase.

  • Repairs may be refused if damage appears intentional or caused by misuse.

  • After 30 days, repairs are available for a fee (repair charge + shipping & handling).
