Maison De L’Orée – Two-Year Warranty
At Maison De L’Orée, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our fine jewelry. Each piece is carefully designed and made to last a lifetime. To give you peace of mind, we are pleased to offer a two-year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchased directly from us.
What the Warranty Covers
For two (2) years from the original date of purchase, Maison De L’Orée will repair or replace, at our discretion, any piece of fine jewelry that is found to have a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship.
Covered under this warranty:
- Loose or lost accent stones (side stones, pavé, or melee diamonds/gemstones under 0.10 ct each).
- Manufacturing defects in metal, such as porosity, improper setting, or soldering issues.
- Faulty clasps, prongs, or other structural elements that fail under normal wear.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized alterations. Specifically excluded are:
- Loss, theft, or mysterious disappearance.
- Center stones (diamonds or colored gemstones over 0.10 ct).
- Damage resulting from improper care, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Alterations, resizing, or repairs performed by any jeweler other than Maison De L’Orée.
- Scratches, dents, tarnishing, or other cosmetic changes that occur over time.
How to Use Your Warranty
To request service under this warranty:
- Contact us at support@maisondeloree.ca with your order details and a description of the issue.
- Our team will provide instructions for shipping your jewelry to our workshop.
- You are responsible for insured shipping to Maison De L’Orée; we will cover the return shipping for approved warranty repairs.
Additional Services
Beyond the warranty period, we are pleased to offer repair, resizing, cleaning, and polishing services for a fee. Please contact us for a personalized quote.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the jewelry. Proof of purchase is required. Maison De L’Orée reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered by this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
