Order Lead Time
In-stock items: Ship within 5–9 business days after purchase.
Made-to-order / Out-of-stock items: Ship within 1–2 weeks unless otherwise specified.
Rush orders: If you need expedited processing, please contact us. We will do our best to prioritize your request.
Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping
Signature required upon delivery.
Maison De l’Orée is not liable for lost shipments once tracking confirms delivery.
Maison De l’Orée is not responsible for delays caused by:
Customer unavailability for signature
Weather conditions
Technical issues with the shipping carrier
If a package is returned to Maison De l’Orée after the 30-day grace period, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment costs.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom pieces:
Deposits for custom pieces are non-refundable.
Custom or personalized items (e.g., rings, custom sizing, initials, names) are final sale and cannot be refunded once ordered.
Purchases during sales:
Items purchased before a sale are not eligible for retroactive discounts.
Repairs
30-day guarantee against defects from the date of purchase.
Repairs may be refused if damage appears intentional or caused by misuse.
After 30 days, repairs are available for a fee (repair charge + shipping & handling).
