Unfortunately we cannot change your order after you have placed it. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@maisondeloree.ca.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color of an item, you will need to place a new order and return the item that does not fit. If you order the same model again in a different color or size, we can ensure that you can keep any discount that may have been granted on the original order. The returned item will be refunded as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

Orders placed in this shop can be shipped anywhere in North America. If you would like to ship to another country, please contact us.

Delivery is free anywhere in North America.

The dispatch takes place via FedEx, Canada Post, and Purolator.

Creating an account is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. With an account, you’ll be able to access your order history, manage and edit your addresses, and track your parcels more easily. You’ll also receive notifications about new products and discounts.
